As of 11:30 p.m. WISC TV in Madison is reporting that Chip Meister has beat out William Steinhorst in the Republican primary for Sauk County Sheriff  by 41 votes. He will now  face Democratic candidate Paul Hefty in November.   We will be  posting our “7 Questions” interview with Paul Hefty later in the week.
